I am Swiss and I can tell you haslo that we do not eat very often "Potatoes with sour cream and sourkraut, sausages..." Do not mix with Germany.
Specialities are cheese fondue, raclette (melted cheese with potatoes) any meal with cheese... we also eat vegetables, meat, fish...
You can find nearly everything to eat in Switzerland. Why do you ask the question? Are you going to live in Switzerland?

Cheese, often melted and either scraped over potatoes (raclette) or with bread dipped in it (fondue).
Then, since the calves have no milk left to drink, we kill them and eat them chopped up in a creamy mushroom sauce, served with Roesti which has sometimes been described as a hash brown, but is much better (but can't really be described much better).
Today we had McDonalds for lunch and lasagna for supper though.

Fondue, Raclette, Roesti, and a lot of other things.
By the way, we "Germans" also don´t often eat "Potatoes with sourkraut and sausages" it´s disgusting!
